Job Title: Software Developer – EAM (HxGN EAM / Infor EAM) **Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled HxGN EAM (formerly Infor EAM) professional to join our team. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and business understanding to configure, support, maintain, and optimize Enterprise Asset Management solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure the EAM platform aligns with organizational objectives and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Corporate Software Development Methodology Framework, policies, procedures, and application security standards. Communicate software engineering activities, project status, and technical solutions to stakeholders. Work with technical leads and management to design, develop, implement, and support EAM systems, databases, and interfaces. Participate in the collection and analysis of performance metrics and apply lessons learned to improve development and support processes. Prepare and manage project schedules, effort estimates, and development timelines. Contribute as an individual developer on software development and maintenance projects. Configure, customize, support, and optimize HxGN EAM solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, 9 to 12 years of relevant professional experience. Minimum 3 years of experience working with HxGN EAM (Infor EAM) or similar Enterprise Asset Management platforms. **Preferred Qualifications** HxGN EAM Certification or equivalent Asset Management certification.
