Tittle: Oracle EBS Scrum Master 8-12 Years Scrum Master – Oracle Fusion Program - Experience: 10–12 years (Techno-functional, Oracle ERP/Fusion preferred) - Location: Pune (IOC base), travel to Nagar & Ranjangaon plants - Duration: 12 months | Grade: 5B Key Responsibilities - Drive Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retros) - Collaborate with Finance & SCM business teams and Global IT - Manage sprint delivery, risks, and dependencies - Remove impediments and ensure smooth execution - Provide regular status updates and drive Agile best practices Skills Required - Strong Scrum Master / Agile delivery experience - Oracle Fusion techno-functional knowledge - Exposure to CNI, Manufacturing, OM, Purchasing/SCM - Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination
