We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations & Background Verification (BGV) Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operational processes and ensuring accurate and timely background verification for new hires. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. **Key Responsibilities:** - **HR Operations:** - Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities. - Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure compliance with company policies. - Assist in payroll inputs, leave management, and HR reporting. - **Background Verification (BGV):** - Coordinate with vendors for pre-employment checks including education, employment history, and criminal records. - Track and monitor verification status, ensuring timely closure of cases. - Handle escalations and resolve discrepancies in BGV reports. - **Compliance & Documentation:** - Ensure adherence to statutory and organizational compliance requirements. - Maintain confidentiality of employee data and verification reports. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 4+ years of experience in HR operations and background verification. - Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication and vendor management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools. **Preferred Attributes:** - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong ethical standards and integrity. **Why Join Us?** - Opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. - Exposure to end-to-end HR processes and compliance. - Growth and learning opportunities within the HR domain.
