Job description

Role & responsibilities • Oversee the day-to-day operations and smooth functioning of the Emergency Department facility. • Ensure adequate availability of medical equipment, supplies, medications, and other essential resources. • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, technicians, housekeeping, security, and other support teams. Preferred candidate profile • Bachelors degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage. • Experience in Emergency Department, hospital operations, or healthcare facility management preferred. • Strong understanding of hospital workflows, emergency services, patient safety, and infection-control practices. • Good coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.
