EDA Methodology & Application Engineer - Innovus

**Your Role and Responsibilities:** We are looking for a passionate and experienced EDA Methodology Engineer to join our Backend EDA team, focusing on Physical design flow development using Cadence Innovus. In this role, youll work closely with design teams and EDA vendors to develop and implement robust PD flows used by IBM ASIC design teams. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain PNR flows using Cadence Innovus. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align physical design methodology with design goals. - Drive methodology improvements. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions. **Required Education:** Bachelor's Degree **Preferred education** Master's Degree **Required Technical and Professional Expertise:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics Engineering, or VLSI Design. - 58 years of hands-on experience with Cadence Innovus. - Expertise in Tcl and Python scripting. - Deep knowledge of Physical design flow starting from Synthesis to GDS. - Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex physical design issues. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. **Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:** - Experience with Cadence Innovus, Synopsys ICC2 ****Years of Experience:**** 5 - 9
