**Job Title**: Education Specialist / for EdTech Product **Location:** Delhi/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Mumbai **Role Overview:** We are looking for a passionate and experienced Program Outreach Specialist to join our Experiential Education Technology (EdTech) initiatives. The role involves co-creating learning experiences, engaging with schools, training teachers, and representing the product across Government and Private Schools in India. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who believe in learning beyond textbooks, enjoy interacting with students and school leadership, and are eager to contribute. **Key Responsibilities** - **Academic & Pedagogical Responsibilities** - Design, review, and contextualize SDG-aligned learning content for school students (Grades 48 or as applicable) - Ensure content is age-appropriate, experiential, inquiry-driven, and outcome-oriented. - Integrate project-based learning, real-world problem solving, and reflective practices - Align learning modules with NEP 2020, life skills, citizenship, and global competencies. - **School Engagement & Training** - Conduct school visits, workshops, demos, and orientation sessions for students, parents, teachers, and school leaders - Train teachers on how to implement the EdTech product effectively in classrooms - Coordinate school level events (launches, pilots, competitions etc.) - Act as a subject matter ambassador for SDGs and sustainability education - Collect feedback from schools, share insights and contribute to continuous improvement of the product. - **Product & Program Support** - Collaborate with product, content, and technology teams - Pilot programs in schools and support onboarding of new partner schools - Support impact documentation, case studies, and best practices **Required Qualifications & Certifications** **Educational Qualifications** - Master’s degree in education, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Development Studies, or related fields – preferred **Required Experience** - Minimum 3–7 years of experience in interacting with teachers/school leaders in schools (CBSE / ICSE / IB / IGCSE / State Boards) across region/India - Demonstrated experience in teacher training, on-ground program implementation, relationship management **Preferred Certifications (Any of the Following)** - Courses on pedagogy / sustainability / life skills /assessment / inclusive education - Familiarity with NEP 2020 and competency-based education frameworks **Skills & Competencies** - Strong communication and facilitation skills (English mandatory with a Working knowledge of Hindi; regional languages an advantage) - Excellent presentation skills - Build and maintain positive relationship with various stakeholders in school education milieu. - Ability to adapt content for diverse school contexts (urban, semi-urban, rural) - Basic comfort with digital tools, EdTech platforms, and presentations **Travel Requirement** - Willingness to travel extensively across the country - Comfortable with multi-city school visits, workshops, and on-ground engagement **What We Offer** - Opportunity to shape India’s next generation of sustainability-conscious citizens - Work at the intersection of education, technology, and impact - Exposure to diverse school ecosystems across India - Purpose-driven work with measurable social impact
