For enterprise partners, Leverage Edu offers an AI product suite called LE AI, featuring tools such as Vasu AI Coach, AI Interviewer, and AI Quality Compliance Specialist. The platform has further expanded into workforce mobility through Leverage Careers, particularly in healthcare, and industry-integrated online programs and certifications via Leverage Online. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site Educational Consultant role based in Noida. The Educational Consultant will guide learners and professionals in selecting suitable academic programs, certifications, and career pathways, aligning them with individual goals and market trends. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, assessing profiles, recommending institutions and courses, and supporting applicants through documentation, application, and admissions processes. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to stay updated on program offerings, scholarships, and global education requirements, while maintaining accurate records in digital systems. The Educational Consultant will also respond to inquiries, deliver presentations or workshops as needed, and ensure a high-quality, empathetic experience for each student or client. **Qualifications** - Strong Educational Consulting and Education knowledge, with the ability to interpret academic requirements and career pathways. - Demonstrated Consulting skills for needs assessment, solution-oriented advising, and stakeholder management. - Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, active listening, and presentation capabilities. - Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and relationship-building. - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Business, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage. - Experience in academic counseling, study-abroad advisory, or career guidance, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-enabled environment. - Comfort with digital tools and CRM or admissions platforms; ability to learn AI-driven products used within Leverage Edu. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. - Ability to work on-site in Dadri and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
