**Job Description: EE Program Delivery Manager** **Location - Pune / Bangalore, India** Experience - 14+ Years in Automotive Electrical & Electronic (EE) Systems, Program & Delivery Management **Role Overview** The EE Program Delivery Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of EE content across vehicle programs, ensuring alignment to scope, cost, quality, and timelines. This role drives execution across all EE domains, manages cross‑functional and supplier dependencies, and ensures successful delivery from concept to SOP and production. **Key Responsibilities** Own EE program delivery across all vehicle milestones and gateways Drive execution of vehicle EE scope, including architecture, integration, and validation Ensure on‑time, on‑quality, and on‑cost delivery of EE deliverables Lead cross‑domain coordination across Body, Chassis, Powertrain, ADAS, Infotainment, and Telematics Define and manage EE delivery plans, schedules, and dependencies Track program risks, issues, and changes, and drive mitigation and recovery actions Manage supplier delivery performance, readiness, and escalations Ensure adherence to OEM development processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements Support vehicle build phases, integration events, and SOP readiness Act as the primary interface between EE engineering, program management, purchasing, manufacturing, and quality teams Provide regular program status reporting to senior leadership and steering committees Enable continuous improvement in EE delivery governance and execution **EE Scope & Exposure** Vehicle EE Architecture & Network Topology ECU and vehicle‑level EE integration CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet Multi‑domain EE dependency and integration management **Required Skills & Competencies** Program & Technical Skills Strong understanding of automotive EE systems and vehicle integration Proven experience managing complex automotive EE programs Expertise in program planning, execution, governance, and escalation management Knowledge of OEM EE development lifecycle, V‑cycle, and gateway reviews Understanding of functional safety (ISO 26262) and its impact on program delivery Ability to balance technical depth with program management excellence **Tools & Processes** JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar program tracking tools Requirement and issue management tools (DOORS, Polarion – preferred) Familiarity with automotive APQP / product development processes **Education** Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Automotive, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering **Preferred Qualifications** Experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier‑1 suppliers Prior roles as EE Delivery Lead, EE Project Leader, or Domain Lead Exposure to global vehicle programs and multi‑site teams Strong supplier and stakeholder management experience **Soft Skills** Strong ownership and execution mindset Executive‑level communication and presentation skills Structured decision‑making and problem‑solving Ability to lead in complex, matrix organizations
