Strategy professionals will serve as trusted advisors to our clients, working with them to make clear data-driven choices about where to play and how to win, in order to drive growth and enterprise value. **Work you will do:** Deloitte’s ‘Strategy’ offering helps companies address the entire range of top management challenges including pursuing new growth opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, channel strategies, and pricing strategies. As a Technology Strategy Consultant with expertise in Data Strategy, you will: - Provide strategic direction, understand business goals, and define how data can be leveraged to drive innovation, competitive advantage, and business growth for client organizations. - Work closely with clients to solve strategic issues pertaining to Data, governance, architecture, and oversee the successful implementation, ensuring they align with the broader technology and business strategies. **Required Experience and Skills** **Enterprise Technology and Transformation Strategy (Data Strategy)** - Candidates are required to have at least one full project experience on either one or more of the following areas of Data Strategy: o **Enterprise Data Management –** Strong understanding of data management process across the data lifecycle (MDM, ingestion, storage, transformation) with experience in evaluating the client's data landscape and architecture to identify opportunities for improvement. o **Data Ambition & Value Realization** – Having a long track record of delivering data / analytics / AI related change at an enterprise level in a particular industry or sector and helping shape a value creation story specific to the client competing in a particular market. o **Data Platform & Architecture Design** **–** Knowledge of data and AI platforms and architecture frameworks o **Data Operating Model Design** – Having a strong understanding of data and AI capabilities, and the ability to design operating model clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and RACI for the data organization. o **Data Governance Strategy –** Assessing current data and AI governance practices and maturity within client organizations, having the ability to define and implement data governance strategies and frameworks for organizations. - Strong understanding of data, analytics, and AI technology stack and infrastructure with exposure to new age technologies such as Generative AI. - Ability to articulate leading business issues and trends including the associated technology and data implications within one or more industries. - Demonstrate application of business acumen while leveraging data and analytics - One life cycle project execution experience in recommending and/or implementing data strategy and solutions for improving business outcomes. - Experience of being a data Product Owner and responsible for delivering product model and communicating the product needs with business partners. - Exposure to working with non-India Geographies (preferably the US) and / or interacting with Global stakeholders. **Core Consulting** - Clear and concise communication - conduct client interviews, participate in workshops/trainings and present recommendations. - Good client presence – interact and build relationships with clients and other team members. - Analytical thinking - ability to perform detailed, quantitative analysis and research (primary and secondary). Synthesize and present insights and recommendations from data. - Logical structuring - structured approach to problem solving and ability to perform root cause analysis of client problems. - Deadline-oriented and quality focused - develop and own development of deliverables. own and manage specific work-thread, develop plans for components of engagement, manage and mentor junior resources. - Collaboration - Be able to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
