**EHS Material Compliance Specialist** B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile) or B.Sc./M.Sc. (Material Science, Chemistry, Environmental Science) **E**xperience in EHS Documentation, Material Compliance **Responsibilities:** - Maintain and manage EHS documentation for SME teams across business units - Prepare and update: Risk Assessments, LoTo(Lock-Out Tag-Out) documents, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Training materials - Support material compliance activities including Regulatory screening and tracking (GADSL, TSCA, REACH), Monitoring regulatory updates - Prepare customer compliance documentation (non-IMDS) - Maintain compliance tracking systems and ensure documentation accuracy - Support audit readiness and compliance checks - Coordinate with RD SMEs and cross-functional teams - Ensure adherence to defined EHS and compliance processes - Support continuous improvement in compliance documentation workflows Strong analytical and documentation skills Proficiency in English and German (**Intermediate or Advanced)** (Must) Understanding of: EHS processes, material compliance regulations (REACH, TSCA, GADSL)] Expertise in PLM / Document Management Systems Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
