**Job description** **Role Overview:** We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Visualizer** to support our Learning & Development team in developing engaging eLearning content. The primary responsibility of this role is to convert instructional scripts and storyboards into visually appealing animated learning videos and graphics using tools such as **Vyond, Canva, and other visual design platforms**. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of visual storytelling, creativity, and the ability to transform concepts into learner-friendly, engaging digital content. **Key Responsibilities:** - Convert instructional scripts into engaging visual storyboards and animated eLearning videos. - Develop animations, characters, scenes, icons, infographics, and other visual assets using **Vyond, Canva, or similar tools**. - Collaborate closely with instructional designers and learning consultants to understand learning objectives and translate them into effective visuals. - Ensure all visual content aligns with branding guidelines and instructional design principles. - Design visually engaging title screens, transitions, callouts, motion graphics, and end screens. - Source or create appropriate royalty-free visual assets where required. - Incorporate voice-over timing, on-screen text, animations, and transitions to create polished learning videos. - Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback while meeting project timelines. - Maintain consistency in style, color schemes, typography, and overall visual quality across learning modules. - Organize project files and maintain version control for all design assets. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in **Vyond**, **Canva**, or similar animation and visual design tools. - Good understanding of visual storytelling and animation principles. - Strong graphic design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition. - Ability to interpret scripts and convert them into engaging visual experiences. - Basic knowledge of eLearning development concepts is preferred. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Excellent attention to detail and creativity. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Prior experience creating eLearning videos, explainer videos, or instructional content. - Experience working with Learning & Development teams is an advantage. - Familiarity with Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software is an added advantage. **Desired Competencies:** - Creative thinking - Visual communication - Attention to detail - Time management - Collaboration and teamwork - Adaptability - Problem-solving mindset
