Job description

Job Title **Electrical Maintenance Engineer CNC/HMC/VMC Machines** Job Purpose To ensure **smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting** of electrical systems in advanced CNC machining centers (HMC/VMC), minimizing downtime and supporting production efficiency. Key Responsibilities - **Preventive Maintenance**: Develop and execute preventive schedules for Grob, Mazak, Makino, AMS, and Brother machines. - **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in drives, PLCs, CNC controls, and servo systems. - **Machine Upkeep**: Maintain wiring, control panels, sensors, and safety interlocks. - **Breakdown Analysis**: Conduct root cause analysis of electrical failures and implement corrective actions. - **Documentation**: Maintain logs of breakdowns, spares usage, and preventive actions. - **Continuous Improvement**: Suggest upgrades for energy efficiency, automation, and reliability. - **Coordination**: Work closely with production and mechanical maintenance teams to minimize downtime. Qualifications & Experience - **Education**: Diploma / B.E. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering. - **Experience**: 410 years in **electrical maintenance of CNC/HMC/VMC machines**. - **Technical Expertise**: - Knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi). - Hands-on with servo drives, VFDs, PLC programming basics. - Experience in troubleshooting Grob, Mazak, Makino, AMS, Brother machines. - Familiarity with safety standards and electrical codes. **If interested kindly share resumes on:** trainee\\_aapathak@endurance.co.in Ph.no - 73910 52619
