**Experience: 5 to 8 years** **Location: Puducherry (Thirubhuvanai)** **Qualification: B.E / B. Tech / Diploma in Electrical** **Responsibilities:** - **Troubleshooting and repair skills in CNC VMC, HMC, Turning, Hobbing, Thread Rolling, and Crack Detection machines** - **Reduce MTTR (Mechanical)** - **Optimize maintenance cost through effective spare management** - **Implement TPM initiatives** - **Ensure adherence to preventive and predictive maintenance plans** - **Ensure timely closure of abnormalities** - **Knowledge of PLC programming and safety enhancement techniques** **Desired Profile:** - **Good communication and presentation skills** - **Qualification: DEEE or BE (Electrical) with relevant experience** - **5 to 8 years of relevant experience in plant maintenance (preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry)**
