Job Description General Information We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Architecture Eng. to join our R\&D team, responsible for driving end‑to‑end development of electronic systems from concept to production. The role requires strong expertise in high voltage electronic/electrical design, and product engineering, with a focus on leading project teams to develop and provide innovative solutions for automotive and industrial applications, working experience with Power Electronics products - On board Charger, DCDC converter, HV inverter etc., is needed Your Key responsibilities • Electronic Architecture Eng • Lead Power electronics application design project team for OBC,DCDC and it's sub-system - AC_IN, PFC, DC-Link, HV-HV DCDC, HV-LV DCDC • Prepare Project schedule based on the Customer and other internal milestones • Prepare plan for staffing of technical resources for the project • Interface between Design and other cross-functional teams - Purchasing, quality, sample shop, operations, supplier etc., • Co-ordinate and drive together with Customer and other Stake holders • Collaborate with other design teams to optimize OBC,LVDCDC/Power electronics products • Manage and collaborate with stakeholders on a project level -Customer, System colleagues • Cross-function interaction • Communicate with project team, customers, steering committees, and other disciplines • Key contact for the project on all technical topics - purchasing, operations, supplier, Customer, Quality • Fulfillment of quality requirements for each Gate/milestone Your Qualifications • Bachelor's and Master's in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field. • 8 years of experience in High Voltage Power Electronics projects • Technical project management of Power electronics products mainly automotive traction inverters. • Experience on Power electronics Design and development, interaction with Customers, suppliers etc., • Awareness of HV Inverter/Power electronics sample manufacturing and testing • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communication skills to work with global counterparts.
