JD for Electronic Lab Incharge Location – Kharkhoda Experience – 7-14 Years Education - Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Designation – AM/DM Job Responsibilities 1. Electronics Lab Management - Establish and manage an Electronics Lab for repair and testing of PLCs, servo drives, HMIs, robots, and control cards. - Maintain standard procedures for fault diagnosis, testing, and validation. - Ensure availability of required testing tools, software, and instruments. 2. Troubleshooting & Repair - Lead troubleshooting of: - Mitsubishi PLC systems (I/O modules, CPUs, communication modules) - Servo systems (amplifiers, motors, encoders) - Industrial robots (teach pendant, controllers, drives) - Power supplies, VFDs, control cards - Perform component-level analysis wherever feasible to reduce replacement cost. 3. Mitsubishi Automation Expertise - Handle systems related to: - Mitsubishi Electric PLCs (Q series, iQ-R, FX series) - Servo drives (MR-J4 / MR-J5 series) - HMIs (GOT series) - Use software tools like: - GX Works - GT Designer - MR Configurator 4. Robotics Support - Support troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial robots such as: - FANUC robots - Yaskawa robots - Handle robot teach pendant errors, servo alarms, encoder issues, and communication faults. - Support robot backup, restoration, and program validation. 5. Failure Analysis & Continuous Improvement - Maintain failure database and perform root cause analysis (RCA). - Identify repetitive failures and implement design improvements or countermeasures. - Reduce dependency on external vendors through in-house capability development. 6. Spares & Inventory Management - Maintain inventory of critical electronic spares (PLC modules, servo drives, cards). - Optimize repair vs replacement decisions. - Coordinate with vendors for repair and procurement. 7. Digitalization & Smart Lab Development - Develop database for repair history and failure trends. - Implement test benches and simulation setups for offline troubleshooting. - Support plant digitalization initiatives (data logging, predictive maintenance). 8. Training & Knowledge Development - Train maintenance team on: - PLC troubleshooting - Servo tuning and fault handling - Robot alarm handling - Develop standard troubleshooting guides and SOPs. 9. Safety & Compliance - Ensure safe handling of electronic components and ESD protection. - Follow electrical safety standards and audit compliance. And shift coordination ability **Functional/Technical:** - Strong knowledge of PLC, servo systems, industrial networks - Expertise in Mitsubishi automation systems - Hands-on experience in fault diagnosis and repair - Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (CC-Link, Ethernet/IP, Modbus) - Ability to read electrical drawings and control logic• Familiarity with Digitalization, Predictive Maintenance techniques, 5S, and Lean Maintenance - Experience with robots (FANUC, Yaskawa, etc.) and vision systems is a plus - Good communication and shift coordination ability
