**Experience:** 3+ Years **Location:** Bangalore **Key Skills:** EMS Tools, NMS Tools, SNMP, MIB, API, Linux, Data Center Operations **Notice Period:** Immediate joiner or up to 15 days We at Coforge are seeking a “Desktop support Engineer " with strong expertise in **Element Management Systems (EMS)** and **Network Management Systems (NMS)** to support monitoring, integration, and troubleshooting of network and data center infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities** - Strong understanding of **EMS (Element Management System)** and **NMS (Network Management System)** - Hands-on experience with **SNMP protocol** and understanding how it reports data to EMS - Knowledge of **MIB (Management Information Base)** and **OID (Object Identifiers)** - Understanding of **API-based data integration** for EMS tools - Experience in **Linux server integration with EMS** and monitoring OS-level metrics - Knowledge of **IPMI, iDRAC, iLO** and how server hardware data is integrated into EMS - Perform **network device integration** (routers, switches, firewalls) with EMS/NMS tools - Basic to intermediate **troubleshooting of EMS tools and integrated devices** - Generate **reports (regular and adhoc)** from EMS/NMS tools - Understanding of **Data Center operations, SOPs, processes, and equipment** **Required Skills** - EMS / NMS tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, SCOM, etc.) - SNMP, MIB, OID, API integrations - Linux fundamentals - Basic networking knowledge - Data Center environment exposure
