Email Developer

Job description

- We are seeking a detail-oriented Email Developer with strong expertise in HTML/CSS email development, modular email template creation, and marketing automation platforms such as Knak and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). - The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing email communications to ensure flawless rendering and performance across multiple email clients and devices. - Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain responsive, email-safe HTML templates using table-based layouts and industry best practices. - Build, test, and QA modular email templates ensuring compatibility across major email clients and devices. - Collaborate with campaign managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate creative requirements into high-quality email templates. - Utilize Knak and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to create, manage, and deploy email assets and campaigns. - Perform thorough quality assurance checks to validate rendering, functionality, responsiveness, and deliverability. - Troubleshoot and resolve rendering issues across email clients including Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, and mobile devices. - Debug and fix broken email modules, template inconsistencies, and campaign-related issues. - Address QA feedback promptly and ensure adherence to brand and technical standards. - Follow email accessibility, deliverability, and compliance best practices. - Required Skills: - Strong hands-on experience with HTML and CSS, specifically for email development. - Expertise in email-safe coding practices and table-based layouts. - Experience building responsive and modular email templates. - Working knowledge of email testing and QA tools. - Hands-on experience with Knak and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). - Strong understanding of email rendering behavior across multiple email clients. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with enterprise marketing automation platforms. - Understanding of email deliverability best practices. - Familiarity with version control and collaborative development workflows. - Knowledge of accessibility standards for email communications. - Interested folks can reach out to me on vivek.gopal@eclerx.com or can call me-9773307354 - Regards, - Vivek Gopal
