Role - EMS/ SLA Admin Skills - UCMDB, HP Service Manager, HP APM, NNMi Location - Delhi Exp - 4-7 yr Responsibilities: Monitoring and administration of EMS Tools (OMI, OBR, Nagios/ APM/RUM/Diagnosticis/NNMi/NPS/Service Manager/UCMDB SLA Administration like Preparation of SLA Reports (daily/weekly/monthly), ensuring SLA Data Availability in tools Follow-up with teams for availability of SLA Data Co-ordinate with Third Party Auditor for closure of SLA Audits
