Teradata delivers real business value with AI. ## **What You'll Do** In this role, you will: - Develop, maintain, and continuously improve digital learning assets that support seller readiness across onboarding, product launches, sales plays, and strategic enablement initiatives. - You will create eLearning modules, facilitator guides, learner materials, videos, job aids, assessments, sales content, and knowledge articles while ensuring existing content remains current and effective. - Success in this role means consistently delivering high-quality enablement assets that are accurate, engaging, and delivered on time to support business priorities. ## **Who You'll Work With** On our team, we deliver scalable learning experiences that help sellers build product knowledge, improve selling skills, and stay current with rapidly evolving business priorities. We work closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales Leadership, and subject matter experts across the organization. This role reports to the Senior Director, Revenue Enablement and partners closely with the Knowledge Operations Lead, Senior Enablement Content Developer, and other members of the Revenue Enablement team. ## **What Makes You a Qualified Candidate** - 3–5 years of experience developing learning content or enablement assets. - Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning. - Proficiency with Articulate 360, Camtasia, PowerPoint, and multimedia development tools. - Experience creating digital learning, job aids, videos, or sales enablement content. - Strong project management and communication skills. ## **What You'll Bring** - Experience supporting enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or technology organizations is preferred. - Familiarity with Seismic, learning management systems, generative AI tools, Synthesia, Canva, and multimedia production is a plus. - Curiosity, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset will help you succeed in this role. #LI-TC1 Why We Think You’ll Love Teradata We prioritize a people-first culture because we know our people are at the very heart of our success.
