πŸš€ We're Hiring | Energy Management & Utilities Engineering Join **MRF Ltd.** and play a key role in driving energy efficiency, sustainability, across our manufacturing facilities. πŸ“ **Role:** Energy Management & Utilities πŸŽ“ **Qualification:** B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering πŸ’Ό **Experience:** 10–15 Years What You'll Do βœ… Optimize power, fuel, water, and compressed air consumption across manufacturing plants. βœ… Improve the efficiency of boilers, chillers, air compressors, and utility distribution systems. βœ… Identify and implement high-impact energy conservation initiatives through data-driven analysis. βœ… Lead short-term and long-term energy optimization projects. βœ… Drive carbon reduction and Net Zero initiatives while maximizing green energy utilization. βœ… Visit manufacturing plants regularly to monitor implementation and performance. βœ… Stay ahead of industry trends by participating in energy forums, seminars, and technology summits. We're Looking For βœ” 10–15 years of experience in Energy Management and Utility Operations within a large manufacturing environment. βœ” Strong expertise in biomass/coal/oil/gas-fired boilers, chillers, air compressors, steam, water, and compressed air systems. βœ” Proven track record in energy efficiency, utility optimization, and cost reduction. βœ” Energy Management Certification (Certified Energy Manager/BEE) will be an added advantage. βœ” Passion for sustainability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
