If you're looking for challenging work, intelligent colleagues, and exposure across a global footprint, come explore your potential at Invesco. ### Job Description ### Key Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day support for business applications and resolve client issues promptly. - Monitor application health, system performance, and batch processing activities. - Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and data-related incidents. - Support SQL Server, Oracle, and Snowflake environments. - Monitor and maintain ETL processes and automated workflows. - Participate in application upgrades, releases, testing, and system enhancements. - Maintain support documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures. - Perform root cause analysis and contribute to process improvements. - Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure service excellence. - Participate in on-call and after-hours support rotations as required. ### Required Skills Experience 3-5 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Data Support Strong experience with: - SQL Server, Oracle, and/or Snowflake - SQL querying and data analysis - Incident and problem management 1-3 years of experience with: - SSIS or other ETL tools - Scheduling and monitoring tools (Autosys, Control-M, UAC, or equivalent) 1-2 years of experience with: - Python scripting and automation ### Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Financial Services industry experience - Knowledge of production monitoring and operational support best practices - Exposure to automation and continuous improvement initiatives ### What We're Looking For - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - High attention to detail and customer-service orientation - Ability to prioritize effectively and perform under pressure - Strong ownership, accountability, and work ethic - Team player with a continuous learning mindset ### Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. ### Working Conditions - Hybrid work model with **4 days per week in the office**. - Standard business hours with flexibility required based on project, release, or support needs. - Participation in evening, weekend, public holiday, and on-call support rotations as required. **Location:** Hyderabad **Experience:** 3-5 Years **Full Time / Part Time** Full time **Worker Type** Employee **Job Exempt (Yes / No)** No Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
