**Job Title** : Engagement Manager **Key Skills** : Service Now Implementations, Engagement **Experience** : 5-7 Years **Location** : GNoida, Hyderabad, Pune, Bengaluru We at Coforge are looking for Service Now Engagement Managers with Following skill set. **Key Responsibilities** - 10+ years of overall IT industry experience. - 5+ years managing enterprise application, cloud, or ServiceNow engagements. - Proven experience leading medium-to-large ServiceNow implementation and managed services engagements. - Experience managing distributed and global delivery teams. - Strong understanding of project financials, commercial governance, and customer management. - Good Understanding of multiple modules like, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB & Discovery - PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred. - ITIL Foundation certification preferred. - ServiceNow CSA certification desirable. - ServiceNow CIS certifications are an added advantage.
