Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Willing to work in the shifts in 24\\*7 Model • Resolving the customer and user technical issues • Troubleshooting to find the root cause of the error • Maintaining the 100% SLA targets • SLA report preparation • Inter and Intra Team coordination and cooperation in resolving issues Job Requirements : • 3-4+ years of experience in Billing Systems (BSCS) , Provisioning , payment etc module • 3-4 years of experience in Telecom Operations • Good knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL and UNIX • Good understanding of the Telecom domain • Strong troubleshooting skills across application, network, and host layers • Ability to understand PL-SQL procedures • Experience in scripting (Perl, Shell, Python, etc.) • Willingness to work in a 247 shift model • Telecom operational support background
