**Responsibilities \& Key Deliverables** - --------------------------------------- 1.Working in PLM environment for BOM preparation and releases 2.Support to proto \& manufacturing build 3.Study of concerns from manufacturing and validation 4.Concept development and continuous benchmarking 5.To interact with cross functional team of other department. 6.Design and development of sheet metal parts 7.DFMEA, DFA, DFS. 8.Validation and manufacturing issue resolution. 9.Good understanding of sheet metal fabrication/ material strength/machining process. 10. Should be able to adhere and maintain all design documents **Experience** - ------------- 3-5 years' experience in Sheet Metal and Brakes **Industry Preferred** - --------------------- 1. Automobile 2. Brakes Suppliers **Qualifications** - ----------------- B.E / B. Tech Mechanical / Automobile engineering. **General Requirements** - ----------------------- **Technical Competencies** 1.Knowledge of CATIA V5 (Part, assembly, drawing), Teamcenter, MS Office 2.Material, manufacturing process, homologation \& validation 3.GD\&T, stack up tolerance, FTA, 4.Knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS, DFMEA 5.System and product knowledge with design calculation **Behavioural competencies** 1.
