Logistics Loading Supervisor** **Position: Logistics Loading Supervisor** **Department: Logistics / Warehouse** **Reporting To: Logistics Manager** **Job Summary** **The Logistics Loading Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all loading activities to ensure safe, accurate, and timely dispatch of finished goods. The role involves managing manpower, coordinating with production, warehouse, transporters, and ensuring compliance with company safety and quality standards.** **Key Responsibilities** **- Supervise daily loading and dispatch operations.** **- Ensure vehicles are loaded as per the dispatch plan and customer requirements.** **- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Planning, and Transport teams for smooth material flow.** **- Monitor vehicle turnaround time (TAT) and minimize dispatch delays.** **- Allocate and manage loading manpower efficiently.** **- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed wherever applicable.** **- Verify loading accuracy to prevent shortages, excess quantities, or wrong dispatches.** **- Ensure all dispatch documents are complete and accurate before vehicle release.** **- Maintain safety standards during loading operations and ensure proper use of PPE.** **- Monitor loading productivity and identify opportunities for process improvement.** **- Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards in the loading area.** **- Investigate loading issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).** **- Prepare daily MIS reports on loading, dispatch, vehicle status, and manpower utilization.** **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** **- On-time dispatch performance** **- Vehicle turnaround time (TAT)** **- Loading productivity** **- Dispatch accuracy** **- Zero loading-related damages** **- Safety compliance** **- 5S audit score** **- Manpower utilization** **Qualifications** **- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline (Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred).** **Experience** **- 3?6 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or dispatch operations.** **- Experience in supervising loading activities in a manufacturing environment is preferred.** **- Experience in consumer electronics, automotive, or FMCG industries is an advantage.** **Skills Required** **- Knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.** **- Team leadership and manpower management.** **- Strong coordination and communication skills.** **- Knowledge of SAP, ERP, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).** **- Understanding of inventory control, dispatch processes, and safety practices.** **- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.** **- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.** Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
