Engineer - Final Assembly - Manufacturing

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Own end-to-end manufacturing process and production. - Achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity (SQDCP) targets. - Drive Winning Hrs, OEE, cycle time reductions, and scrap reduction activities - Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. - Establish New products regular production ramp up, process validation, and continuous improvement. - Manage manpower, training, and cross-functional coordination. - Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, Lean, and 5S. **Preferred candidate profile** A full time degree in Engineering or Diploma 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience from Automotive Manufacturing/ Electronics manufacturing industry **Additional Information** Work location - Maraimalai Nagar - Chengalpattu
