Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Own end-to-end manufacturing process and production. - Achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity (SQDCP) targets. - Drive OEE, FPY, cycle time, and yield improvements. - Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. - Support NPI, process validation, and continuous improvement. - Manage manpower, training, and cross-functional coordination. - Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, Lean, and 5S. **Preferred candidate profile** - A degree in Engineering or Diploma - 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing / operations role **Additional information** Work Location - Maraimalai Nagar - Chengalpattu
