**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage direct procurement of raw materials, including plastics, for packaging products. - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials at competitive prices. - Conduct market research to identify new sources of supply and optimize material selection based on cost, quality, and sustainability criteria. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate procurement decisions into overall business strategy. **Job Requirements :** - 4-8 years of experience in direct procurement or related field (Automotive sector preferred). - Strong knowledge of plastic types, grades, and applications in packaging applications. - Proven track record of successful supplier management and negotiation skills.
