Engineer - Program Management

Job description

**Roles & Responsibilities:** - Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and internal teams for prototype projects. - Manage end-to-end program execution from RFQ stage to prototype delivery. - Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate project completion. - Prepare and review quotations, cost sheets, and commercial proposals. - Track and monitor project progress against timelines, cost, and quality targets. - Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with customer specifications. - Support business development efforts by identifying potential customers and participating in technical & commercial discussions. - Support continuous improvement initiatives within the prototype and sales process. **SKILLS AND EXPERTISE** - Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automobile, Production) or equivalent. - Minimum 3 years of experience in program management or sales, preferably in the prototype / EMS / sector. - Strong understanding of prototype manufacturing processes, materials, and timelines. - Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
