. Implementation of Health, Safety and Environment Management System at Onshore Terminal, Gadimoga. Create awareness among all employees to inculcate HSE culture; comply with legal requirements with respect to HSE. Facilitate compliance of Integrated Management System encompassing ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 **Job Accountabilities** 1. Facilitate implementation of HSE Management System at KGD6 2. Prepare procedures in line with revised standards and statutory requirements. 3. Facilitate deployment of HSE Standards and Procedures 4. Participate in Risk Management process (Hazard Register, HAZID, Bow Tie, etc.) 5. Facilitate implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) encompassing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 across KGD6. 6. Participate in following reviews and provide inputs - Safety Reviews (HAZOP, PSSR, SSSR, MOC-T, etc.) - Incident investigations and management (IM) - SAP based EHS modules (IM, AM, etc.) 1. Training & Awareness: - Prepare safety training schedules and training modules - Conduct safety training programs for employees of RIL and contractors - Impart training on Change Agent for Safety Health and Environment (CASHE) 1. Audits & Inspections: - Conduct HSE inspection of worksite to identify gaps and facilitate closure. - Conduct Audits (PTW, WPS, CSM, etc.) - Prepare IMS audit schedule for both internal and external audits - Organize and conduct of audits and facilitate closure of observations/non conformities - Track closure of recommendation through Audit Management (AM) module. 1. Emergency Response and Control Planning: - Participate in preparation of Emergency Response Plans. - Schedule and conduct Level 1 mock drills - Track closure of recommendations 1. Communications: - Organize monthly safety meeting with employees and contractors. - Conduct awareness campaigns w.r.t. safety for employees and neighbouring villages - Publish Minutes of Meetings and track closure of action items. 1. Statutory Compliances: - Liaise with Statutory authorities during inspection visit - Timely submission of periodical reports as per regulations. Education Requirement : Engineering Graduate in Chemical, Petrochemical, Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation disciplines with Diploma in industrial safety from RLI /Masters in Industrial Safety Experience Requirement : - Overall Experience: 2-3 years in manufacturing or reputed construction company - Notified Safety Officer by the Directorate of Industrial Safety, Andhra Pradesh (Desirable) Skills & Competencies : - Knowledge of safety management system (Essential) - Knowledge of Integrated Management System encompassing ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 (Essential) - Knowledge of Telugu (Essential) - Knowledge on environmental statutes and provisions (Desirable) .
