Job Description - -------------- ENGINEER - SCCM Experience - 1-3 years Location: Bengaluru Job Description Patch Management \& Compliance Process Engineering: Establish a comprehensive, end-to-end patching process based on industry's best practices. Knowledge Transfer: Conduct regular meetings or learning sessions with the Customer at the conclusion of each patching cycle. Technical Execution: Define standard technical procedures for patch implementation and deploy updates across the environment. Compliance Target: Achieve and maintain an 80% to 95% patch compliance rate on all end-user machines. Vulnerability Remediation: Review vulnerability assessment reports and execute targeted deployments via SCCM to remediate identified security risks. Infrastructure \& Cloud Integration Hybrid Cloud Expansion: Integrate Azure servers into the existing SCCM infrastructure to enable centralized patch management. Mobile Device Management (MDM): Audit current Microsoft Intune policies, provide optimization recommendations, and implement resolutions to ensure device compliance. Application \& Compliance Auditing Lifecycle Monitoring: Identify unsupported applications and unauthorized deployments within the environment, clear them where necessary, and proactively notify the Customer. Troubleshooting \& OS Deployment Support Imaging Support: Troubleshoot active OS imaging issues and collaborate directly with on-site stakeholders to resolve deployment blocks. Knowledge Transfer: Document all support procedures, known issues, and workarounds, and transfer this knowledge to the Customers Windows 10 OS deployment team.
