Engineer /Sr Engineer - Motor Quality (MQA)

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality electric motors for various applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues related to motor performance, reliability, and durability. • Conduct thorough analysis of motor designs using simulation tools such as BLDC Motor Simulation Software (e.g. FEMM) to optimize design parameters for improved efficiency and reduced noise. • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g. ISO 9001) and customer requirements. Job Requirements : • 2-10 years of experience in the field of electrical motors or a related area. • Strong understanding of BLDC motors, induction motors, and other types of electrical motors. • Proficiency in simulation software such as FEMM or similar tools for motor design optimization.
