This typically refers but not limited to the followings: • Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems. • Building Management or Building Automation Systems (BMS / BAS). • Electrical Systems Including Lighting, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), Switchgears, Breakers, Electrical Sub-Station, Electrical Panels, Generators, Emergency Power Supply. • Fire Protection Services Including Sprinkler Systems, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Hydrants, Fire Alarm System, Emergency Evacuation Systems, Very Early Smoke Detection Alarms (VESDA) Systems etc. • Hydraulics Including General Hot / Cold Plumbing, Waste Water and Sewerage Systems, Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP). • Elevators and Escalators or Other Lifting Equipment.
