As a global company, we have offices in nine countries and can insert advertisements around the world.    We are seeking an experienced UI Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in modern frontend technologies with proven leadership skills to drive engineering excellence, mentor teams, and collaborate effectively across functions.  Key Responsibilities   • Lead and mentor a team of front-end engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.  • Define and drive front-end architecture strategies for scalable, maintainable, and high-traffic applications.  • Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of modern wceb applications using React and related technologies.  • Establish and enforce frontend development standards, best practices, and code quality guidelines.  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, and Backend Engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.  • Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, including automated testing, CI/CD, performance optimization, and accessibility compliance.  • Participate in technical planning, architectural reviews, and technology evaluations.  • Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security across all front-end platforms.  • Manage release planning, deployment processes, and production support activities.  • Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, and career development initiatives.    Required Technical Skills   Frontend Technologies   • Strong hands-on experience with:  • React  • TypeScript  • JavaScript (ES6&#43;)  • HTML5  • CSS3  • Node    Architecture & Design  • Experience designing and implementing:  <
