**Description** Hiring for Engineering Manager-Devops and SRE Hybrid Model Experience- 10 to 15 Years **Requirements** - Possessing 10-12 years of progressive experience in engineering management, specifically leading ITSM and application support teams within a complex enterprise environment, is essential for this role. - This position operates under a hybrid work model, requiring a balanced presence in the Noida office for collaborative team activities and strategic planning sessions, complemented by remote work flexibility. **Required Skills:** - Demonstrated leadership in managing and optimizing AWS cloud services, including foundational understanding of core components and best practices for enterprise application support. - Proven expertise in leveraging ServiceNow (SNOW) for comprehensive service delivery management, including advanced configuration and process automation within ITSM frameworks. - Extensive experience with .NET development and architecture, guiding teams in maintaining and enhancing critical business applications. - Strong leadership in implementing and managing containerization technologies such as Kubernetes, AKS, and Docker for scalable application deployments and operations. - Deep understanding and practical application of various ITSM tools and methodologies to drive operational efficiency and service excellence. **Preferred Skills:** - A strong preference for candidates possessing a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare domain, including industry-specific regulations and operational nuances. Job responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for ITSM and application support, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement across all initiatives. - Drive the end-to-end delivery of ITSM solutions and application support initiatives, maintaining accountability for project timelines, quality, and successful outcomes. - Oversee the strategic design, implementation, and continuous optimization of ITSM processes and tools, leveraging platforms like ServiceNow to enhance service delivery. - Guide and empower team members in troubleshooting complex application issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to minimize service disruptions and maintain operational continuity. - Establish, enforce, and continuously refine best practices for incident, problem, and change management within the ITSM framework to achieve operational excellence. - Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and professional growth within the ITSM and application support team. - Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless application performance and robust support. - Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for ITSM and application support, driving data-informed decisions for continuous service enhancement and efficiency. - Manage the operational aspects of cloud-based applications and infrastructure, with a strategic focus on AWS, Kubernetes, AKS, and Docker environments. - Ensure the effective utilization and evolution of .NET technologies within supported applications, guiding the team on maintenance, enhancements, and architectural improvements. - Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for ITSM and application support, aligning with broader organizational goals and anticipating future technological advancements. - Facilitate clear and effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders to thoroughly understand requirements and deliver solutions that consistently meet business needs. - Implement and oversee robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address potential issues in application performance and availability before they impact users.
