**Role Overview -** You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of strategic technology programs spanning Full Stack, Cloud, Data, and AI-powered platforms—with a relentless focus on quality, predictability, business outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical depth, leadership excellence, and strategic execution to scale delivery capabilities and enable innovation at enterprise level. **Key Responsibilities -** - **End-to-End Delivery Ownership:** Lead the full lifecycle of complex engineering programs—from planning and scoping to execution, delivery, and post-launch support—ensuring alignment with business goals and SLAs. - **Team Leadership:** Build, mentor, and scale high-performing, cross-functional engineering teams (Full Stack, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, DevOps) across distributed geographies. - **Predictable & High-Quality Delivery:** Drive on-time, on-budget, and defect-minimized delivery through disciplined execution, agile frameworks, and continuous improvement. - **Stakeholder & Governance Management:** Act as the primary point of contact for business, product, and technical stakeholders; manage expectations, escalate risks proactively, and ensure robust delivery governance. - **Risk & Issue Mitigation:** Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks (technical, resource, timeline, compliance) with data-driven decision-making and contingency planning. - **Modern Engineering Enablement:** Champion adoption of modern practices—CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure), AI/ML integration, and observability. - **Innovation & Scalability:** Partner with R&D and product teams to incubate and scale AI-enabled platforms and data-driven solutions that drive measurable business value. - **Performance & Metrics:** Define and track KPIs (SLA adherence, defect density, release velocity, team health) to drive continuous improvement and transparency. **What We’re Looking For** - **8+ years of experience** in engineering delivery, with at least 5 years leading large-scale, multi-team technology programs. - Proven track record in delivering **complex, full-stack, cloud, data, and AI-powered solutions** in enterprise environments. - Deep hands-on understanding of **Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery frameworks** , with experience managing distributed teams. - Strong expertise in **cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)** , **CI/CD pipelines** , **DevOps practices** , and **Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)** . - Exposure to **AI/ML platforms, generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation** —with ability to lead AI-powered product delivery. - Demonstrated ability to **manage stakeholder expectations** , lead executive-level discussions, and influence without direct authority. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills with a bias for action and ownership. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. **Preferred Qualifications** - PMP, SAFe Agilist, or AWS/Azure certification preferred. - Experience in **BFSI, High-Tech, Supply Chain, or Market Research** domains is a plus. - Experience working with **Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tooling** for delivery tracking and governance. - Familiarity with **security compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2)** in delivery environments.
