As we march together towards our core vision of Transforming for Good, we have an exciting opportunity for transformational leaders to join us and accelerate our growth journey. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead engineering governance, project controls, and PMO operations across the project lifecycle. - Oversee master planning, architectural, structural, healthcare planning, and detailed design reviews. - Monitor construction execution, quality, safety, timelines, and contractor performance. - Drive schedule management, risk mitigation, cost control, and value engineering initiatives. - Coordinate with consultants, contractors, government authorities, hospital administration, and other stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with healthcare, statutory, environmental, fire safety, and building regulations. - Support BIM-enabled project delivery, digital engineering, and sustainable infrastructure practices. - Oversee testing, commissioning, operational readiness, and handover of facilities. **Desired Attributes:** - Bachelor’s degree in civil / mechanical / electrical engineering. - Master’s in construction management / project management preferred. - PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) or equivalent certification desirable. - Minimum **15 years of relevant experience** in design management, project management, construction execution, and engineering coordination. - Experience managing projects valued at **₹1,000 Cr+**
