Headquartered in Hyderabad since 2007, the company continues to expand its world-class edtech SaaS platforms to transform school education. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site English Trainer role based in Madurai. The English Trainer will conduct interactive classroom sessions, workshops, and training programs to improve learners’ English language proficiency, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. The role involves planning and delivering structured lessons, creating and adapting teaching materials aligned with Next Education’s curriculum, and using technology-enabled tools to enhance learning outcomes. The English Trainer will assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain detailed records of progress. The role also includes collaborating with school staff, participating in training and review meetings, and continuously updating instructional approaches to reflect best practices in K–12 English education. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Language Teaching skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons. - Candidates should possess Teaching and Education skills, including classroom management and familiarity with K–12 pedagogy. - Candidates should possess solid Writing skills to create, adapt, and review learning materials, assessments, and reports. - Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; a teaching certification or B.Ed. is an advantage. - Previous experience as an English teacher or trainer in schools or training institutes, preferably in the K–12 segment. - Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse learners and school stakeholders. - Comfort with using digital learning tools and educational software in the classroom. - Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a learner-centric mindset aligned with Next Education’s mission.
