Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Hyderabad, India, Next Education continues to innovate to equip learners with 21st-century skills and transform the education ecosystem. **Role Description** The English Trainer role at Next Education is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The English Trainer will deliver engaging English language sessions, focusing on listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills for K–12 learners and educators. Daily responsibilities include planning and conducting interactive lessons, demonstrating effective classroom strategies, and aligning training content with Next Education’s curriculum and learning modules. The role involves assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, preparing training materials, and collaborating with academic and product teams to refine training approaches. The English Trainer is also expected to conduct workshops, support implementation of English programs in partner schools, and maintain accurate training reports and documentation. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and Teaching. - Candidates should possess solid knowledge in Education and curriculum-aligned pedagogy. - Candidates should possess effective Writing skills for creating lesson plans, training materials, and reports. - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with clear pronunciation and grammar. - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; teacher training certification is an advantage. - Experience training K–12 learners or educators in English language skills, preferably in a school or edtech environment. - Strong classroom management, presentation, and facilitation abilities, with comfort using educational technology tools. - Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and internal teams, and willingness to travel to partner schools in and around Nagpur as needed.
