Role: Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud Architect GenAI/Agentic AI Specialist Experience: 10-15 yrs Location: Hyderabad/ Chennai **Role & responsibilities** **Skills:** **Experience:** - 1015 years in IT Infrastructure Services and Cloud Architecture. **Core Expertise:** - Enterprise systems design and integration. - Infrastructure automation and monitoring platforms. - Security compliance and hosting fitment. **Cloud Platforms:** - Deep hands-on experience with **Azure** and **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**. - Proven track record in **cloud operations**, SaaS adoption, and multi-cloud strategies. **AI Technologies:** - Practical experience implementing **Generative AI (GenAI)** and **Agentic AI** solutions for enterprise use cases. - Familiarity with AI-driven automation, orchestration, and intelligent agents. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills **Preferred candidate profile** - Strong technical communication and documentation skills. - Awareness of latest technological trends and applications in the industry. - Strategic thinking and ability to align technology with business goals. - Excellent client-facing and interpersonal communication skills. - Proficiency in **ServiceNow platform** and ITSM processes.
