TCS Inviting Application for **Enterprise Architect - Cloud with GenAI experience** **Location :** Hyderabad/Chennai **Experience:** - 10–15 years in IT Infrastructure Services and Cloud Architecture. **Core Expertise:** - Enterprise systems design and integration. - Infrastructure automation and monitoring platforms. - Security compliance and hosting fitment. **Cloud Platforms:** - Deep hands-on experience with **Azure** and **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** . - Proven track record in **cloud operations** , SaaS adoption, and multi-cloud strategies. **AI Technologies:** - Practical experience implementing **Generative AI (GenAI)** and **Agentic AI** solutions for enterprise use cases. - Familiarity with AI-driven automation, orchestration, and intelligent agents. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. **Requirements / Responsibilities:** **Infrastructure & Cloud Strategy:** - Design and implement enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions across data centers, networks, and cloud platforms. - Develop architecture blueprints for hybrid and multi-cloud environments. **AI Integration:** - Architect and deploy **GenAI/Agentic AI** solutions integrated with Azure and GCP services. - Drive AI-enabled automation for Digital Workplace, Service Desk, and operational workflows. **Security & Compliance:** - Ensure adherence to industry-standard security guidelines and compliance frameworks. **AI Governance & Guardrails:** - Strong understanding of Responsible AI and enterprise guardrails. - Ability to define and enforce policies for model usage, prompt safety, PII/data protection, content filtering, and defenses against jailbreak/prompt-injection; experience with risk assessment, human-in-the-loop, model monitoring, incident management, transparency and auditability. **Solution Design:** - Create and review architecture artifacts, technical designs, and integration plans. - Enforce architectural standards and best practices across projects. **Collaboration:** - Work closely with Project Managers, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. **Innovation:** Evaluate and implement NextGen tools for data center modernization, cloud optimization, and AI-driven service delivery. - Strong technical communication and documentation skills. - Awareness of latest technological trends and applications in the industry. - Strategic thinking and ability to align technology with business goals. - Excellent client-facing and interpersonal communication skills. - Proficiency in **ServiceNow platform** and ITSM processes.
