In this role, you will help design and deliver integration solutions that improve how systems communicate, scale, and support the business. Role Overview We are looking for an Enterprise Integration Developer with 5-10 years of experience to build and support secure, scalable, and production-ready integration solutions. You will work across API-led, event-driven, and workflow-based integration scenarios, partnering with architects and delivery teams to turn business needs into well-designed technical solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions using Azure Integration Services. • Build and maintain APIs and integration services with Azure API Management (APIM). • Develop solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, and Azure Event Hubs. • Create reusable components, shared frameworks, and integration patterns that improve delivery consistency. • Translate business and technical requirements into reliable integration designs and implementation plans. • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders on solution design, technical reviews, and delivery readiness. • Support performance, security, and governance standards across integration interfaces and APIs. • Participate in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support for integration issues. • Document designs, interfaces, dependencies, and implementation details clearly for delivery and support teams. • Contribute to CI/CD-based delivery and release practices for integration solutions. How You Will Do It • Own your work with accountability for solution quality, security, reliability, and clean handoffs. • Stay close to the real business problem, simplify where possible, and remove blockers for your internal customers. • Use candid technical discussion, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement to strengthen every release. • Work as one team with architects, developers, testers, and business partners, bringing different perspectives into the design. • Apply structured delivery practices to move from requirements to design, build, test, and release with clarity. • Use documentation and design reviews to keep interfaces maintainable and easy to support. • Balance speed with quality by validating changes, testing early, and addressing defects quickly. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 5-10 years of experience in enterprise integration development or a closely related role. • Hands-on experience delivering integration solutions with Azure Integration Services. • Strong experience with Azure API Management (APIM) and API-based integration design. • Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, or Azure Event Hubs. • Experience translating requirements into technical designs and implementation-ready solutions. • Understanding of integration concepts such as error handling, monitoring, retries, and scalable orchestration. • Experience working with CI/CD-driven delivery practices. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. • Ability to document technical solutions clearly and work effectively in a team environment. Nice to Have • Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), Snap Logic, or TIBCO iWay. • Experience with HLD and LLD preparation or review. • Knowledge of EDI, XML, and JSON data transformation patterns. • Exposure to API governance, lifecycle management, versioning, and security standards. • Azure certifications such as AZ-204, AZ-305, AZ-400, or AI-102.
