**Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Power Platform Developer** with 8–12 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions using the **Microsoft Power Platform** ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integrations, along with the ability to engage with business stakeholders, understand requirements, and deliver scalable digital transformation solutions. **Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps). - Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate. - Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. - Design and manage data models using Microsoft Dataverse. - Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, and third-party applications. - Develop custom connectors, plugins, APIs, and reusable components. - Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and compliance with governance standards. - Collaborate with business analysts, architects, project managers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions. - Lead technical design discussions and provide best practices for Power Platform development. - Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and support project delivery activities. - Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution. - Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices for Power Platform solutions. **Qualifications** **Power Platform** - Power Apps (Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps) - Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows) - Power BI Development - Microsoft Dataverse - Power Pages - AI Builder **Microsoft Technologies** - Microsoft 365 - SharePoint Online - Microsoft Teams Integration - Azure Functions - Azure Logic Apps - Azure API Management - Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) **Development Skills** - C# - .NET Framework / .NET Core - JavaScript / TypeScript - REST APIs - JSON - SQL Server **DevOps & Governance** - Azure DevOps - Git - CI/CD Pipelines - Solution Packaging and Deployment - Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. - 8–12 years of overall IT experience. - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform. - Experience in enterprise application development and integration projects. - Strong understanding of Power Platform security architecture and governance. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. **Preferred Certifications** - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) - Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) - Relevant Azure Certifications **Soft Skills** - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions. - Experience mentoring and guiding development teams. - Strong customer-focused and delivery-oriented mindset. **Nice to Have** - Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. - Exposure to Copilot Studio and Generative AI integrations. - Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA). - Knowledge of enterprise architecture and governance frameworks. - Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs. **About Us** At Zensar, we’re *“experience-led everything”* .
