**TCS Hiring!!!** **Role & responsibilities** - 3 to 7 years of experience in **AI/ML support or cloud-based technical support roles** - Strong knowledge of **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** with focus on **AI/ML services** - Hands-on experience supporting **Gemini models, Vertex AI, and ML workflows** - Proficiency in **Python, R, or Java** with scripting and debugging experience - Understanding of **Agentic AI concepts and the automation of workflows** across systems - Experience with **API integrations, SDKs, REST APIs**, and authentication mechanisms - Strong skills in **Root Cause Analysis (RCA)** and issue resolution - CEFR **B2 or higher communication proficiency** - Provide **Tier 2 technical support** for Gemini Business customers - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to **AI/ML models, Gemini APIs, and GCP services** - Perform **deep RCA** for complex AI/ML and cloud-related issues - Support customers in **deploying and operating AI/ML solutions** in production - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve defects - Maintain **accurate documentation** for issues, configurations, and solutions - Communicate technical concepts clearly to customers and internal stakeholders - Support **24x7 operations** on rotational shifts, if required
