Enterprise Systems Specialist - Ivalua

Job description

- **System Strategy Support:** Support the System Excellence Manager in coordinating meetings and following up to close Ivalua-related change requests. - **Gap Analysis:** Identify system gaps with respect to approved guidelines; understand and validate business requirements where Ivalua can support business processes for improved efficiency and reliability. - **Project Coordination:** Coordinate with internal stakeholders for project execution and maintain comprehensive documentation, ensuring all parties are updated on project status. - **Testing & Validation:** Perform rigorous system testing before releasing Ivalua modules for user testing, ensuring the closure of all identified test issues. - **Documentation:** Prepare detailed user manuals for support projects and Change Requests (CRs) managed within the Ivalua track. - **User Training:** Conduct end-user training, specifically for Ivalua upgrades and refresher training sessions. - **Knowledge Management:** Ensure all project-related documentation is comprehensive and updated at all times. - **End-User Support:** Act as the first point of contact for Ivalua system-related issues highlighted by end users. - **Core Systems:** Deep knowledge of the Ivalua procurement software platform and its integration with SAP. - **IT Ecosystem:** Knowledge of more than two IT systems or third-party softwares is highly desired.
