**Role & responsibilities** **Environment Planning and Management** - Define and manage nonproduction and production environments. - Create environment strategies, standards, and governance processes. - Ensure environment availability according to project and release schedules. - Maintain environment roadmaps and capacity plans. **Environment Provisioning and Configuration** - Coordinate provisioning of servers, databases, middleware, and cloud resources. - Ensure environments are configured consistently across the application lifecycle. - Manage environment refreshes, cloning, and data migrations. - Oversee infrastructure and application configuration management. **Environment Scheduling and Coordination** - Manage environment booking and allocation across multiple projects and teams. - Resolve environment conflicts and competing priorities. - Coordinate with development, testing, release, infrastructure, and support teams. **Environment Stability and Monitoring** - Monitor environment health, performance, and utilization. - Ensure environments meet performance, capacity, and availability requirements. - Troubleshoot environment-related issues and coordinate resolution. - Track incidents affecting environment availability. **Data Management** - Coordinate test data provisioning and refresh activities. - Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. - Manage data masking and anonymization processes.
