Environmental Health and Safety Manager

Job description

**Industry Preference:** - Must have extensive experience in the EPC/Construction industry. - Experience in managing EHS for large-scale building, infrastructure, industrial, or EPC projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the overall Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) function for construction projects. - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, client requirements, and company EHS standards. - Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems. - Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective/preventive actions. - Drive safety culture through training, audits, inspections, and awareness programs. - Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities. - Monitor EHS performance and ensure zero-harm objectives are achieved. **Mandatory Requirements:** - Minimum **18**-**25 years of EHS experience** in the **EPC/Construction** industry. - B.E./B.Tech qualification is mandatory. - Additional qualification in Industrial Safety/EHS (ADIS/PDIS) from state board. - Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. - Willingness to **relocate to Mumbai**.
