Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 37295 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - PUNE - BIRLASOFT OFFICE - HINJAWADI # **Title:** **EPM Sr Lead Consultant - Enterprise Apps** Description: ## **Area(s) of responsibility** **Responsibilities** - Manage and optimize Oracle Cloud and Oracle Cloud Planning applications. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders about technical information. - Use optional skills, as necessary, to improve financial data quality, integrate data, automate tasks, manage the financial close and consolidation process, solve problems, manage projects, work in a team, pay attention to detail, manage time, and adapt to changing circumstances. - Continually learn and adapt to new technologies and changes in the EPM environment. **Required Skills** - Oracle Cloud: The candidate must have a strong understanding and experience in Oracle Cloud. They should be able to navigate, configure, and manage applications within the Oracle Cloud environment. - Oracle Cloud Planning: The candidate should have experience in Oracle Cloud Planning. They should be able to create, manage, and optimize planning applications. - Communication Skills: The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. They should be able to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. - A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an MBA or relevant professional certification (such as CFA, CPA) is preferred. **Preferred Skills** - Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management (FDMEE): Experience with FDMEE is a plus. The candidate should be able to use this tool to manage and improve financial data quality. - ODI (Oracle Data Integration): Knowledge of ODI is beneficial. The candidate should be able to use this tool to integrate data from various sources. - EPM Automate Scripts: Experience with EPM Automate Scripts is a plus. The candidate should be able to use these scripts to automate tasks in the EPM environment. - Financial Close & Consolidation Cloud(FCCS): Knowledge of FCCS is beneficial. The candidate should be able to use this tool to manage the financial close and consolidation process. - Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to solve complex problems is a plus. - Project Management: Experience in managing projects is beneficial. - Teamwork: The ability to work effectively in a team is a plus. - Attention to Detail: The ability to pay close attention to detail is beneficial. - Time Management: The ability to manage time effectively is a plus. - Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances is beneficial. **Required Experience** 10-15yrs
