o Practices to improve Quality in sustainable manner. o Conduct thorough Why-Why analysis for defects root cause analysis. o Ensure Product Quality through Process Audits of Manufacturing processes. o New Model Development/Mass Production, Process Audits, Part layout Inspection, Process Capability o Knowledge about vehicle system like Brakes, Engine, Transmission, Body interior/exterior etc. o Experience in Vehicle inspection process and diagnosis. o Analysis of defects with Manufacturing, parts quality and design team. o Knowledge of Welding process, paint process, plastic process, Materials use in automotive o Basic knowledge of DOE,FMEA control plans. o Able to troubleshoot and identify root cause and implement countermeasures using Quality Tools (5 Why / 8D etc.). o Able to conduct independent evaluation of vehicle assembly Processes respond appropriately like fool proofing, kaizen etc. for overall system improvement. o Able to establish robust manufacturing processes by ensuring process capabilities during New Model Parts development stages by application of tools like PFMEA SPC. o Exposure in new model development process, Mass Production Process Quality systems (ISO/TS/IATF, applicable standards (IS / JIS / JASO Etc.) o Process improvement and system improvement by identifying key weak areas, gaps and implementing necessary actions with horizontal deployment. o Able to Interact with suppliers, Manufacturing shop representatives and work in team. o Knowledge of Computer basics, data interpretation and Good Presentation skills.
