Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage ERP systems, including data entry, reporting, and analysis using advanced Excel skills. • Develop and maintain macros to streamline business processes and improve efficiency. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes. • Provide exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Job Requirements : • 0-1 year of experience in an IT services or consulting environment. • Advanced Excel skills, including macro development (VBA). • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
